About Us
The GovTech Alliance of Ukraine (GTA UA) is a professional union of leading Ukrainian IT companies that develop and implement innovative technological solutions for the public sector.
GTA UA was officially registered in October 2023 as an initiative by companies with a shared goal: to strengthen Ukraine’s export potential in the GovTech field, represent Ukrainian technologies on the international stage, and promote fair and transparent rules for the industry’s development.
As the sector evolved, it became clear that scaling innovative solutions required a systematic approach and effective collaboration between businesses, government institutions, and international partners.
By 2024, the work of GTA UA had emerged as a key step in enhancing the competitiveness of Ukraine’s GovTech sector both nationally and globally.
In response to the community’s call to consolidate efforts between the public and private sectors for innovation in public administration, the full-scale launch of the GovTech Alliance of Ukraine was officially announced in December 2024.

GTA UA’s purpose
is to be the united voice of Ukrainian IT companies for the development of Ukraine’s GovTech ecosystem, strengthening collaboration between the state and business, and promoting the export of Ukrainian solutions abroad.Against the backdrop of Ukraine’s growing international recognition as a digital leader, GTA UA brings together the teams behind major government IT projects — including Diia, Prozorro, Reserve+, and other flagship initiatives. Today, we coordinate efforts, contribute expert input to building clear and transparent rules for the GovTech industry, unlock new export opportunities, and drive the growth of a strong Ukrainian GovTech ecosystem.

01 Strengthening Ukraine’s GovTech ecosystem
GTA UA strengthens Ukraine’s GovTech ecosystem by driving innovation — from artificial intelligence and cloud technologies to cybersecurity solutions. We contribute to improving the regulatory framework by applying best practices from the GovTech field, support the training of digital leaders and professionals, and promote digital reforms along with the development of ethical standards to help build trust in GovTech solutions.
02 Building an active GovTech community
GTA UA acts as the collective voice of Ukraine’s GovTech community, advocating its interests through open dialogue with government institutions, the IT sector, international partners, and the public. We help shape professional standards for collaboration and transparency, support inclusive discussions on digital transformation, and promote knowledge sharing and joint initiatives across the ecosystem.
03 Promoting Ukrainian GovTech solutions globally
GTA UA identifies international markets with strong potential for Ukrainian GovTech solutions and helps companies align their products with global standards and requirements. We focus on building strategic partnerships and enabling Ukrainian GovTech companies to take part in international events, grant programs, procurement opportunities, and collaborative projects.
