GovTech Alliance of Ukraine Launches Cooperation with CDTO Campus

GTA UA, CDTO Campus, and East Europe Foundation have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to unite efforts in advancing digital reforms in Ukraine by supporting civil servants in the field of digital transformation and enhancing the capacity of public officials and IT professionals in the GovTech sector.

The partnership focuses on:

  • joint development of educational programs for civil servants and the GovTech community;
  • conducting trainings, events, and research initiatives;
  • sharing best practices and analytical materials in the field of digital technologies for the public sector.

The Memorandum was signed by:

  • Victor Liakh, President of East Europe Foundation (EEF)
  • Galyna Pustova, Director of CDTO Campus
  • Kateryna Stavniichuk, CEO of GTA UA

This initiative is part of a broader effort to strengthen institutional capacity and drive innovation in public governance.

CDTO Campus is implemented by East Europe Foundation (EEF), funded by Visa Foundation, the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and supported by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, in cooperation with the Digitality Govtech Centre of Excellence, under the auspices of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. The technology partner of the space is Cisco.
