GTA UA Representatives Contributed to the Fourth Cohort of the “Digital Transformation in Public Administration” Programme

The fourth cohort of the “Digital Transformation in Public Administration” programme at CDTO Campus has completed its training. The programme brought together 40 professionals working on digital transformation in the public sector.

The training ran from February to August 2026 and included 18 modules totalling 90 academic hours. The programme covered key aspects of digital transformation, from developing strategies and roadmaps to team and project management, government registries, public procurement, and the use of AI.

As part of the partnership between the GovTech Alliance of Ukraine, CDTO Campus, and East Europe Foundation, the CEO of GTA UA and representatives of GTA UA member companies Strimco, AMEDIA, and MK-Consulting contributed to the programme as lecturers. The experts shared their practical experience in implementing digital projects in the public sector:

  • Anastas Boiko, COO at Strimco stakeholder mapping;
  • Roman Lanskyi, CEO of Strimco government registries and cooperation with partners;
  • Vasyl Zadvornyi, CEO at MK-Consulting public procurement for digital projects;
  • Anastasiia Khrystych, Delivery Manager at AMEDIA digital tools for team management and organising teamwork;
  • Anna Lishchenko, PO at Strimco business processes, digitalisation tools, and project management approaches in the public sector;
  • Yurii Makukha, Delivery Manager at Strimco developing ideas and use cases for AI solutions;
  • Kateryna Stavniichuk, CEO of GTA UA — working with donors, the logic of grant programmes, and project pitching.

Throughout the programme, each participant worked on a transformation initiative for their organisation. The result was a capstone project defining the problem and transformation goal, an implementation roadmap, a governance model, and performance metrics.

Bringing practical GovTech business expertise into educational programmes for public sector digital leaders is one of the areas of cooperation between GTA UA, CDTO Campus, and East Europe Foundation. This format combines management approaches with hands-on experience in developing and implementing digital solutions for the government.

This program is implemented as part of the project "Effective Governance through GovTech and Transparency in Ukraine," implemented by GIZ Ukraine on behalf of the German Government.
